Key Largo - Day 2

Another day of lounging around all day. My sister and I spent forever walking in the water, finding shells and looking at the fishies. That night we went to Islamorada and ate at the Islamorada Fish Company at Bass Pro Shop. I had a crab cake sandwich and a pina colada. Soooo frickin' good!

Key Largo - Day 1

Went to Key Largo with my family on April 28th - May 1st since my sister was getting married. I'll post the pictures by the day since I have so many. This was the second time I've been to Key Largo (last time was September 2007 when my brother got married). We stayed at Rock Reef Inn. It was such a beautiful place, but the people who work there aren't so great. Didn't do much the day we got there except just walk around outside and relax in the room.

Krissy pretty much explained what we did on the 26th. I loved going to 7 Eleven and I wish we could do little things like that all the time. I didn't take a ton of pictures on this day, but I got some random ones of Krissy and one of me and Kelly.

It was my last day with Chelsey. :( We didn't do too much, we swam a lot and then went to 7 Eleven to get slurpees and some snacks to take on the plane for the next day. I don't have many pictures from this day...mostly just random things and none of us. I guess we had ran out of ideas for that day.

Another beach day! This time we went to Sanibel Beach and it was so fun. The water there is sooo much better than Ft. Myers Beach, but I love the sand there rather than Sanibel. We didn't stay way too long at Sanibel because the sun was burning us up. We ate lunch at Dairy Queen because heading to the Shell Factory (which is this huge store of shells and what not). It rained while we were leaving the Shell Factory and Krissy got so happy she could walk and dance in it. Too bad I missed taking a picture of her dancing. :( We had CiCi's pizza that night for dinner and it was sooo good!

I want to apologize for the smudge on my pictures. It wasn't there when we got to the beach so I bet I got water on my lens and never noticed and I hate that I didn't. :(

Like Krissy, I barely had any pictures from the 23rd. I don't think I have ever had such a memorable church time. My sister and I always laugh at something in church, which I bet is not something we should be doing. But oh well. Everything is funny in church. But seeing Krissy and Kelly laughing at everything was just hilarious. Krissy moved me over between her and Kelly so they would stop looking at each other, but that didn't work out so well. At one point Krissy was laughing so badly that she was crying and I was laughing so bad and couldn't even look at her anymore. I'm surprised we didn't blow up laughing so loud.

Krissy has most of the pictures of us from the 24th since we used her camera most of the time. But don't you worry, I got some too! We went for another walk in the evening of this day and I miss the walks so much now because they were so fun! ♥

I don't really have many pictures from the 23rd so I'm skipping to the 24th which was Easter. We went to church and I have only been to church once in my life...so I kind of couldn't stop laughing the whole time which I'm sure is a total sin and I was in tears from laughter. Chelsey and I made up for not taking many pictures the day before and took a lot of cute random ones on this day. It was so hot too, so we went for a walk later in the evening and then were outside for a half hour taking pictures in the sunset.

As Chelsey said, we spent part of our day at Fort Myers Beach and I think it's my favorite place in the world. We went there last year when I was down visiting her and it was cloudy and we ended up getting poured on which was quite funny. This time it was hot, sunny, and beautiful! She drove her and I there and it sounds so simple but I just loved that - driving to the beach with the windows down in the Florida heat, palm trees all around, swim suits on, country music playing on the radio. I want to be able to do those things all the time with her like best friends do. Ok done rambling and wishing we lived closer. Let's look at pictures!

Went to Ft. Myers beach. We were there for 3 hours and I wish we stayed longer. It was sooo much fun but it was over crowded with all the northerners.

We went to the Yacht Club, swam, Long John Silvers and another walk! I drove them to the Yacht Club and Krissy was dying for me to drive them somewhere. I was having major car issues that I should not speak about lol!

Kris&Kel Week: Day 1

I finally got to see my best friend Krissy for the second time and met her sister for the first time on April 19th! It was the most amazing week I could ever have! ♥ Day one was really on the 20th because they landed around 8 on the 19th, so we didn't get to do much except play Scrabble (which was so fun and we made up so many words and it ended up being Mexican Scrabble lol!)

April 20th was spent in the pool the entire day. It was sooo fun and nice being able to just do nothing all day. And then we went for a walk that night.
